My grandfather was the master of joketelling. When he gave speeches, jokes were in there. When he was with friends, jokes were shared and enjoyed together. And he loved to teach his grandkids jokes. Most were appropriate for any audience, some were not (which were my favorites of course), but Pops always told them with relish and glee. A joke for every occasion was his specialty.
In that vein, we share some senior humor. Enjoy!
Reporters were interviewing a 104 year old woman. The reporer asked “What is the best thing about being 104?” She replied “No peer pressure.”
I feel like my body has gotten totally out of shape so I got my doctor’s permission to join a fitness club and start exercising. I decided to take an aerobics class for seniors. I bent, twisted, gyrated, jumped up and down, and perspired for an hours. But the time i got my leotard on, the class was over!

One, but it might take all day
Why are retirees so slow to clean out the basement, attic, or garage?
Because they know as soon as they do, one of their adult kids will want to store stuff there.
What do retirees call a long lunch?
Normal.
What do you do all day, Mr. Retiree?
Monday through Friday, NOTHING. Saturday and Sunday I rest.
