UCLA Memory Training Program (session 2)

This is an innovative, research based program developed for adults age 60 and up. Each 2 hour session over the 4 weeks focuses on strategies that develop good memory habits and techniques to improve memory.  There is a fee of $35 for the 4 week session with materials and snacks included.
