Walk With Ease

Fitness is important to staying healthy as we age. But it can be hard to do it on your own. Walk with Ease was developed through the Arthritis Foundation to help people with overall wellness and promote successful physical activity for people with arthritis. The program consists of three weekly one-hour classes with health-related discussion topics followed by self-paced group walks. Participants receive a Walk With Ease guidebook that provides all the information, support, and tools you need to help you set and reach your goals.
