Tai Chi – Beginner and Advanced

Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art that is a gentle form of exercise that can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance.

New classes are starting.

Beginner: Wednesdays 1:45 – 2:30 pm – drop in fee is $1 per class.

Advanced: Wednesdays 1:00 – 1:45 pm – $30/member and $35/community

Register at the Centerfit desk on the lower level of the JCC
