The AgeWell Pittsburgh's community outreach nurse assists clients by identifying medical problems early and referring them for treatment, teaching good health practices and the safe use of medications and diabetes education. Weekly visits are made to Murray Towers, Bellefield Dwellings, Maxon Towers and Essex House.
The Jewish Association on Aging’s Rehabilitation Center is a Medicare-certified, comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facility (CORF) that offers a complete program of services to address the needs of older adults including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech/cognitive therapy and psychological, psychiatric, nursing, social , orthotic, prosthetic and physician services.
Health & Wellness
Wellness programs are held at the Jewish Community Center to help seniors make healthy choices for everyday living. Programs include preventive health and nutrition education, strength training, exercise classes, Silver Sneakers fitness programs, medication alternatives and stress management.

JF & CS Mental Health
Jewish Family & Children's Service of Pittsburgh's Older Adult Services offers comprehensive, compassionate care by social workers, psychologists and psychiatrists to older adults at home, in a protected facility or other settings.
