Recipe for Broccoli Salad

Broccoli is a superfood, jam packed with cruciferous health benefits, vitamins, and fiber!

INGREDIENTS

1 package broccoli slaw
1 Package ramen oriental noodles (separate the spice packet from the noodles)
2 packets of Splenda
1/3 cup Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Vinegar

DIRECTIONS

Place the broccoli slaw into a bowl In a separate bowl, combine the Splenda, olive oil, vinegar, and ramen spice packet
Mix the dressing into the slaw and top with the ramen noodles
